Globes, Globes, Globes!

We’ve all had globes on the mind since we got this amazing addition to our reading room.  This giant globe does contain a light on the inside that can be switched on for a pretty awesome effect.  Much like Rudolph’s nose, some could even say it glows!

Of course, we had to find a book to go along with our globe so we found this 1790 edition of The Knowledge of Heaven and Earth Made Easy by Isaac Watts.  This scientific book contains knowledge on the globe, the universe, and more.  It even includes some pretty cool diagrams in the last few pages.
