Friendly reminder that there are only 8 days left for the Damned contest! Here’s a refresher on the rules:

  • Dress up as any literary character (this includes Comic Books) and snap a picture of yourself
  • Nothing NSFW
  • The best submissions will receive a copy of DAMNED by Chuck Palahniuk
  • The end date is September 25, BUT if you message me and ask for more time, I can be persuaded to extend the deadline
  • Either sumbit them here or tweet them to the LitReactor twitter (I help run that as well, so I promise I’ll see them).
  • Feel free to ask any questions either on this page, the twitter, or my personal blog.
  • Also, if you have a previous picture of you dressed as a literary character, say from Halloween or a convention, you can sumbit those as well!

I’m really excited about this guys, I hope you are as well! I mean, it’s an excuse to dress up and get a free Chuck book out of it, what are you waiting for?

It’s contest time!

Greetings, followers! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. That being said, I have some exciting news: it’s contest time! Basically, just take a picture of yourself dressed up as any literary character and either tweet it to me at the LitReactor twitter or, preferably, submit it to me on here. I have a feeling there are a few cosplayers among you, so I’m really excited to see how these turn out.

Now for the rules:

  • The winner will receive a copy of DAMNED by Chuck Palahniuk.
  • The contest will run for two weeks, so the last day to submit your pictures is September 25th.
  • No nudity, please. I’ll post some of the exceptionally good pictures on here, so I’d like to keep it safe for work.
  • It can be any literary character.
  • If you have any questions, feel free to message me on here or on my personal page.

I can’t wait to see your submissions! Spread the word!
