In light of the Dave Grohl quote, I was wondering about general opinions regarding the opposite. Guilty un-pleasures I guess. Is it equally okay to not give a shit about something that people generally agree everyone should give a shit about? For example: I cannot stand Hemingway, and most writers/readers cringe away from me when I say this. Am I allowed to be proud of my dislike of Hemingway, or should I just hide under a rock?
