What’s your favorite book from your youth? Guilty pleasure rereads? Favorite movie/tv adaptation?

Hello there! My favorite book from my youth is probably Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s (Philosopher’s) Stone. Other than my near and dear Harry Potter series, I adored (and still do) To Kill A Mockingbird. I don’t have many guilty pleasure reads, but I did read quite a substantial number of romance novels in high school. Yay, adaptations! Oh god…Atonement is my favorite novel so I must say that the movie adaptation, at least for me, was brilliant. I also really love how A Clockwork Orange and Lord of the Rings were adapted. :)
