LITERARY EYE CANDY AND COLLECTOR’S TREASURE. Gracing the covers of the newest reprints of literature greats such as Wuthering Heights (Emily Bronte), The Scarlet Letter (Nathaniel Hawthorne), Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen), Jane Eyre (Charlotte Bronte), Dracula (Bram Stoker) and The Picture of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde) are the signature drawings of fashion illustrator Ruben Toledo.

I love how some of the cover arts actually suggests the atmosphere of the books, especially Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre (a personal favorite from childhood). I liked The Picture of Dorian Gray too because like Wilde’s dark humor, there’s something funny and yet eerie in that illustration.

Hmm. Yes. I need all of these, even though I already own other copies.
